Cancellation and Refund Policy:
For the AY 2026-27 as per UGC guidelines letter dated 27th October 2025, Ref. No. D.O.No.F.12-5/2024 (FNT/NET), the cancelation and refund dates of RV University are listed below.
UG & PG Programmes 2026-27

| Between 16th August 2026 to 30th August 2026 | 90 % Refund |
| Between 31st August 2026 to 15th September 2026 | 80 % Refund |
| Between 16th September 2026 to 30th September 2026 | 50 % Refund |
| After 1st October 2026 | 0 % Refund |
1- In case the admission of the student is cancelled on account of disciplinary action or violation of Anti Ragging Regulations or breach of code of conduct or any other Rules and Regulations of the University, no refund of fees is permissible.
2- Entrance Examinations Fees / Application Form Fees are non – refundable.
3- In any other case which is not covered in the above Rules, the decision would be taken by the Vice Chancellor.
4- Under the circumstance of cancellation because of any disciplinary action no refund will be paid against any Academic and/ or Hostel and/ or Other Fees.
